Alex provided a very thorough evaluation of why our refrigerator was overheating and tripping the new GFCI outlet it was plugged into. He spent a significant amount of time diagnosing and troubleshooting. Alex is highly competent and experienced. He was pleasant and professional. He took his shoes off before coming in the house which demonstrated to me another level of respect for our home. Top notch!
