I have spent over $300 PLUS A TIP , just for the problem I initially had to still not be fixed. I have called on numerous occasions and all of a sudden after my money has been taken there is no one available to answer the phone. FOR 3 DAYS!!! Was told someone would be calling me back - DID NOT HAPPEN!!!! This is poor Customer Service and to see the so-called owner arguing on other reviews regarding the poor customer service ppl have received makes me wonder is this even a legit business . I have even called the personal number of the guy Jeremiah, who was fixing my machine, Allegedly. PROVOKED EDIT: yes As I mentioned IN THE FIRST SENTENCE I did pay $300+ dollars for the initial visit PLUS a $15 tip that wasn’t deserved because I THOUGHT it was fixed ! Of course I’m not paying if the there are still issues. MY review was made AFTER THEY CONSISTENTLY IGNORED MY CALLS TO COME BACK AND FIX. YOU MEAN TO TELL ME 3-4 days after it was “so called fixed”, yall couldn’t return not ONE CALL???!!! “What’s up with this customer” is what was said by the wife when she finally decided to return my calls. Because of my review is why you all returned the call! “i was picking up my kids, we got something to eat etc etc “ every excuse but A VALID ONE. This company is ran by husband and wife who is unprofessional and scamming peoplePLAIN AND SIMPLE. Please don’t get me started about “leaving out details”. Typical black owned business that lacks accountability by arching with every customer who has had a. PISS POOR EXPERIENCE. Just take accountability that everyone is not satisfied and do better next time . BBB I go.

I agree with previous post made Asia. I had to pay over $900 up front for my built in microwave to be repaired. Every time the technician came, he was stumped on how to fix it and would tell me the office would follow up, which was a lie. No one would ever call and I had to call them every single time to figure out what was going on. The technician was also not smart enough to know that such a unit is screwed in—I guess he thinks it just magically sits there—and snatched my microwave out of the wall and damaged it. Ultimately they were not able to fix it and told me I would get a refund plus be compensated for the part they broke. I have call...I agree with previous post made Asia. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and A-Team appliances did not even attempt to resolve the complaint with the BBB. I am not someone just looking for money, I work in the healthcare industry as a nurse practitioner and just believe in doing what is right and following through. I am sure these unethical people would not want the same treatment of their loved ones when it comes to their medical care…hmm something they should think about. Btw this has been ongoing for over a year. Please beware before you use this company.
I’m amazed at the swift response by the owner once a negative review is put on Google. If they would just respond in this manner when you call their office they wouldn’t have so many negative reviews. And if they would do their job correctly and document phone calls he would know I’ve called in April, July, September and October to follow up on my refund. Not one single time have I been told they would look to see if a check has been cashed. I do not scam people out of their money as they did me. I am an honest hardworking person who trusted the wrong person to service my appliance.
