I have worked with A Straight Up Fence Company many times over the years and am always newly impressed by their level of professionalism, friendliness, and craftsmanship. Everything they do feels bespoke: their thoughtful, thorough and accurate estimates; their precise scheduling and execution; their creative problem solving; and their impeccable workmanship. Brian has assembled an outstanding team and our experiences with Justin, Colin, Bruce, Zoey, and the rest of the team are invariably positive. If you need fencing, gates, screening, and custom steel work, this is the company to call. I can't recommend them highly enough.

A Straight Up Fence is one of the best vendors I work with and I manage HOAs. The team just finished a new metal fence at my house, and it looks beautiful. It was such a big change from the old, wood fence that I was a little unsure of how it would all work out and I needed a fire-resistant material. Justin, the estimator, worked through the process with me over several visits and designed a great fence. The install team led by Bruce was so efficient and they worked so hard. They protected my dog for the two weeks between demo and install with a temp wire fence, too. Brian, the owner and Zoey the operations manager are so easy to work with. The place runs like clockwork. I've had previous great experiences with them at my HOAs, building a pool fence, a retaining wall fence and staircase railings. You can't go wrong with this company.

I can’t recommend the team at Straight Up Fence Company highly enough! I called Brian after we ordered iron fence materials for our front yard with plans to DIY the installation. We quickly realized we didn’t have the time or expertise to do it ourselves. Most fence companies were unwilling to take on an installation-only job, but Brian said his team could handle it. He sent a crew of three who completed the job in just three days. Colin led the install, and it was clear he had reviewed all the specs ahead of time—which was critical since we had ordered exact counts of the materials we needed. When roadblocks came up (a faulty latch, a drain pipe where a post needed to go, missing brackets, a sloping grade, etc.), Colin presented each issue with a couple of smart workaround options. Where brackets were missing, they welded and painted the sections beautifully. When our latch was broken, they fabricated a new one on-site that looked even better than the original. Even if there was a small choice to make about the appearance of something, he asked me what my preference was. Their standard is perfection and they are uncompromising. Our new fence IS absolutely perfect—I can’t find a single flaw—and it was finished exactly as promised, in three days. I’m thrilled with the quality of the work, the timeliness, the value, and the professionalism of the Straight Up team. Thank you, guys!

So my batteries for my entry gate failed as we were trying to leave for the airport early Thursday morning. I only had time to grab tools and dismount the operators and get headed down the road. I contacted A Straight Up Fence Company right away and as usual they responded in a timely manner and had Brian over the next day to get us all put back together so we could be at ease that this was all secured in our absence. This was huge, as I do understand these guys were already very busy on existing jobs and still made it happen. I highly recommend this company. Zoey and Brian, you guys rock! Thanks again, Troy
