Levi arrived to the location before I did. He's a combat veteran turned entrepreneur who offered me a $25 coupon and a $25 military/first-time home buyer discount, which brought his $300 fee down to $250. He was very deliberate and intentional during the inspection, while also taking his time to explain to me what he was looking at and why, whether it was typical or not, and whether I should be concerned or not. He even gave me advice on things that I could easily learn myself and projects that would be better suited to hiring a professional. Levi was kind, courteous and professional! As a first time home buyer I wasn't sure what to look out for but Levi was extremely thorough and explained everything he found to me in layman's terms. Afterwards he typed everything up and gave it to me in a hard back book! I highly recommend Levi Martin and A Pro! He really goes above and beyond!!
