I am so glad that I found A Precision Clock Repair! From the first phone call, I was given step-by-step guidance on how the process would go. It was easy, professional, and the results were incredible! I have a 37 year old Howard Miller that had fallen into disrepair. A Precision Clock Repair cleaned and maintained the clock, including replacing a spring and a cable. The clock used to sit in my grandparents’ house and I hadn’t heard it chime in about 20 years. Hearing the clock strike again was absolutely amazing! It was such a wonderful experience, I didn’t hesitate to ask for a second clock to be repaired.

So grateful to Troy of Precision Clock for helping me restore my grandmother’s cuckoo clock and get it running again. This clock is a treasured childhood memory. Troy took the time to teach me how the clock works, how to hang and care for it, and how to troubleshoot easy issues.
