The A Precise team was very professional and very helpful. Scheduling an inspection online was easy and fast. The inspector, Hunter, was professional and thorough, covering a lot of items on the inspection that I would not have even thought to check. He provided a lot of good info and resources on the different systems in the house and what I should expect from them or how to repair them if necessary. The report included links to YouTube videos on different repairs and/or the importance of items that needed professional attention. They also included links to reputable local contractors for any work that might require professional attenti...The A Precise team was very professional and very helpful. Hunter was able to provide detailed photos and explanations of different conditions around the house, as well as recommendations for how the conditions should be fixed and/or maintained in the future. He even caught a small leak under the kitchen sink that was not showing any signs of leakage after the first pass-through of the area, but later leaked a small amount of water onto the cabinet.
The standard home inspection included a thermal scan of the whole house to check for any problems, and I added in the sewer line scope and the radon inspection for a discount when I bundled both into my inspection. The radon test takes 48 hours to complete, but is definitely worth it in a house that has a basement and no radon mitigation installed. The sewer line scope was also valuable to ensure that no major plumbing issues exist between the house and the city sewer line.
I would absolutely hire A Precise again for any future home inspections!

Hunter was great! He did our initial inspection when we bought the house and again a year later. Very professional, friendly and thorough with the inspection in/out side of our home.
