I am surprised you are still in business with someone taking phone calls talking to people like that. Guy at the counter Saturday Sept 5th (only one there). Your customers aren't stupid, and if you hate your job get a new one. I am in a graduate program and urgently need this fixed, but I picked up my computer before it ever got service. Not going to let a place willing to let their customers get treated like that touch my computer.

My experience was extremely horrible. I checked my pc in the 28th of August to run a diagnostic on my computer which I was told it’ll take them about 3 - 5 days. It’s August 8th now, and I just went to the store to retrieve my PC back which have not been worked on at all and has been sitting on the shelf. I called last week august 3rd to do a check up on my PC. The guy in the phone told they will be working on it by the end of the week, which I was perfectly fine with. I called again today to ask for a follow up, and got the same exact answer. “We’ll work on it this week.” and “I’ll make sure to have someone look at it today.” Come to find ou...My experience was extremely horrible. Also it was just a huge waste of my time which I can’t get back. I’m genuinely so disappointed.

I’m amazed at some of these reviews. I went in yesterday looking to upgrade my son’s computer for a Christmas present. The guy did not hug or high five me for showing up but I also wasn’t looking for a best friend. I went for computer knowledge- which I lack. Long story short our current computer cannot upgrade but my son desperately needs the upgrade to continue playing Minecraft. The man at the store was very helpful and is even helping me purchase a used computer from them that will cover my son’s need and allow for future upgrades as he grows. I’m excited to see his face on Christmas Day.
