Awful customer service. We had an appointment and the salesman didn't show up. Then we tried dealing with another salesman (after driving 30 minutes to get to the store) and he told us we had to call in to talk with the original salesman. Awful experience and we won't be back. Lost a repeat customer.

We love our new carpet from A&M!! Nicole was wonderful to work with. She helped us pick our carpeting samples and was so helpful thru out the entire process. The carpet installers were the best! I would recommend Nicole at A&M for any of your flooring needs. Our carpet is so much more than we could have ever imagined. Thank you Nicole and A&M. We couldn't be happier!

The level of customer service we received with A&M was astounding. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint! We are very happy with our wood flooring and carpet choices. Glad we went with the best carpet padding, it makes our bedrooms feel luxurious. Bought our carpet there. Got wrong color and came from flooring liquidators in Clovis . went there they didn't have it. A neighbor and good friend went with a piece of left over and called me to here the conversation, NO We DON'T have anything like that. Then they give us someone elses Paper work. Buyer beware. Go to Robinsons! Cheaper, Better, Plush.
