Excellent service! I called in the morning, the woman I spoke to was kind, understanding. She said someone would call me. I received a response promptly. I received same day service. The service person was very experienced understood my situation. I was presented with affordable options for my basement. It was nice to know I wasn’t being taken advantage of. My problem was instantly resolved !! As it continues to rain all week and I have a dry basement! I would highly recommend them.

AJ Waterproofing did an outstanding job at my home. They installed French drains, a drainage channel, and a box in the front of the house—and went above and beyond by even weeding my front flower bed and regrading it without me asking. They also hooked up a brand new sump pump and integrated my old one as a backup, running all new piping to the outside. We are unbelievably satisfied with the work AJ and his team completed for us. After being left in a bind by another company, AJ’s team stepped in and not only finished the agreed-upon work, but also corrected and cleaned up the issues left behind. I’m not exaggerating when I say they were our heroes this week. The job was completed quickly and professionally, and they left our home cleaner than it was when they arrived. Working with AJ was a breeze. He came and met me on a Friday afternoon, and offered to complete the work on Monday. To no fault of his own, snow pushed work back a day, but I didn’t get pushed back a week or so like I thought. Install was quicker than I expected and they are by far the cleanest contractor I’ve ever dealt with. Plastic kept the majority of my belongings clean, but everything that could not be covered was wiped down to the point that you couldn’t tell anything happened. They also got rid of all the mold that was in place due to my original water issue. I greatly appreciated that.

I had water coming into my basement from my back wall. I called 3 companies to get an estimate. The first two companies wanted to charge me astronomical prices, insisting a need a whole new drainage system. AJ from AJ waterproofing came out and gave me a quote that was more than half the cost of the other two companies. He completed the work in one day and saved me a ton of money.
