These guys are honest, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. I had fairly major work done on my custom ’76 Jeep CJ7 and I could not be happier with the quality of work. By far the best auto repair shop I’ve ever worked with. Thanks, Ed. Thanks, Chris. Highly recommended.
If I could give them a 0 I would they were nasty ,rude and very unprofessional I brought my car there to get inspected they didn't use jack properly and created damages and would not take accountability told me my car was dirty maybe I didn't notice it before when I asked for there insurance said I would have to take them to court and I said I will 5-10 mins later i get a call saying if u drop it off ill have somebody look at it and fix it. I drop my car off at 9am older mans says ill give u a call in a couple hrs 12 noon I call to see wat was goin on older man answer says buddy took a look says there is nothing he can do so I guess... A&E Automotive, Ed and his mechanics, are the most professional group of guys you could ask for. He stands by his service and is trustworthy. His mechanics go out of their way to take care of your vehicle to ensure that it leaves the shop to your satisfaction. His prices are fair and he will work with you. I would not have my vehicle worked on anywhere else unless he recommended it. Fair price, trustworthy, and knowing your vehicle is cared for properly, this is where to go.
They returned my car with a shattered window and were unable to explain what happened to it. Simple said they had no idea what happened, and did not offer to fix the damages.
