Awesome service and amazing product sourcing. I was having trouble sourcing a new heating coil for my 1950’s GE electric oven. I tried calling other repair companies and was told the unit was too old and wouldn’t be able to find what I needed. I called GE them selves and couldn’t get any help! I took a chance and called Jacob and explained my situation and seen if he could help. He was very enthusiastic about it and excited to work on a vintage appliance like this. He was able to source an exact fit for this old 1950’s oven in one hour! He came and installed the new unit the same day the part came in. Awesome service great attitude and fair p... We contacted Jacob to look at our freezer — and he made it out the same day! Friendly, prompt, knowledgable and reasonable. Plus, he took the time to show the problem to my husband and gave him tips so we could void future issues. Freezer is good and we are happy. Highly recommend.
