Do not use for a clogged toilet. They only have an auger that’s 5-6 feet long. Go with a different company. After contacting a different company the same day they came out and cleared the line which didn’t extend past the toilet. Looks like the guy didn’t know what he was doing. Having to pay twice for something that should have been able to be done once is why the one star.

Upon the recommendation of a friend, I called this service, and was told by reception a technician would be able to come out the next day. She explained company policy was a flat $198.00 fee for the tech to come out, and parts would be extra. Ok, I had a new washing machine waiting to be hooked up to the water supply, which was missing the shut off. Within 5 seconds, tech states it is an extremely easy fix, you just unscrew the broken connector, and pop the new one on. He had the part, and sent the man he was training to relay the news that my total bill would be $450.00. ??? I looked up the part online, and saw the exact part at Home Depot...

Very friendly heating technician. Unfortunately he walked in and realized there was wetness around my oil furnace and was able to tell me that it was non operable, and needed to be completely replaced and the furnace cleaning that I had scheduled was irrelevant. That viewing took 30 seconds and cost $350. Before he even was out of driveway, the office had emailed a quote close to $10,000 to replace it. We called someone else who replaced it for less than $6,000. That's not even close to theirs. Be careful.

We needed a small part in the water spout of the tub because of the constant dripping. The tech came, installed the part then had to wait a half hour for something to "dry". He was here less than an hour and our bill was over $560.00! 10 minutes of work. When I called the office to inquire about the cost, the receptionist didn't think that charge was unreasonable... What a RIP-OFF! Never again!!
