Doug was great!! I rent and my landlord’s maintenance man was going to be out of town the whole week and I have a fridge that won’t stay cold. Not ideal! But Doug was able to come the next day to fix my fridge. He knew right away what was wrong, he even fixed it the same day which I was so grateful for. He was quick and very professional. Would absolutely recommend!
Doug did a fast clean and affordable job fixing my dryer. He took time to answer my questions and worked with my schedule. 10 out 10 we use A-budget repairs again when I have a need.
My experience with A-Budget started out great. One of the burners on my electric cook top wasn't working so I called and they showed up the following day. Unfortunately, that was the only positive. Upon arrival he diagnosed that I needed a new burner switch and gave me a quote. He also asked that I pay in full and in advance, which I did. I was quoted a few days for him to get the part and come back to install it, but it actually took over 2 weeks. I called a few times and got no answer or response. He eventually called back and came to do the install, but it turned out that he had misdiagnosed the issue and I actually needed the burner eleme... My experience with A-Budget started out great. He called me back and mentioned that he didn't have the part yet and he would let me know. I never heard from him again. Eventually I just ordered the part myself and had the stove fixed in about 5 minutes. I paid this guy $200 and he basically disappeared. I even gave a heads up that I would be reviewing if he didn't contact me about a refund and still nothing. It was a 7 week waste of my time and money.
Highly recommend A-Budget Appliance repair. I had difficulty finding a repair person to fix my models of refrigerator and washer. Doug was 4th company I contacted. He returned call quickly. Diagnosed and fixed both appliances. Very pleased! Thanks!
