Whenever everyone else said "I don't know...maybe", A Better Computer Service said "yes, bring it in." Professional and courteous. They kept me updated with their actions, didn't mind my questions, oh and yes, they fixed my laptop. Nobody else in Garner wants to touch complicated laptop issues except these guys.
