A & B Alarm

HAD PROBLEM RE-SETTING OUR ALARM, DUE TO RECENT POWER FAILURE. AFTER ENDLESS TIME SEARCHING ONLINE FOR TECH HELP, IT DAWNED ON ME "recently vision impaired, old lady - SMILE), to call A & B Alarm, who installed our alarm. I had the good fortune to speak with CURTIS, who helped me reset the alarm, in about 5 minutes! Curtis was extremely patient and very polite in helping me resolve a major problem. Thank you, CURTIS and A & B ALARM for being there for us, when we needed help. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND A & B ALARM!

We were having issues with cellular connection for our alarm that caused a few sleep interrupted nights from the warning alarm. I called A&B, the receptionist was very helpful, and she had a technician remotely troubleshoot my issue. She called me back later that day with a recommendation, and to schedule an appointment with the tech. Matt was on time, very professional and courteous. He was able to quickly swap out the part, and test our system to make sure everything was working right. Thank you Matt!

Terrible. I tried to use them on several occasions, but the receptionist is a tyrant. The only thing she will allow when you call is to leave a message. Her mantra is "everybody's on the road, nobody's here". I don't know how they stay in business. Right now, they have a marquee sign out front advertising for an alarm technician, so apparently it must not be a great place to work either.
