I dropped off my 2007 Crown Victoria for some suspension work and I’m nothing less than impressed with the work and communication between the shop and myself. They were quick to communicate when my vehicle was being worked on along with very reasonable pricing estimates on other issues that they found. I’m hesitant about most shops working on my vehicles but Cory and his team did a great job and I look forward to working with them in the future.

I brought my 2000 Mercury Cougar in for a fuel issue and was charged $1,000 to replace the fuel pump. I was told my fuel tank was “the wrong one” and that this was the cause of the problem. That statement was incorrect. After paying for the repair, the issue was still not properly resolved. As a mechanic myself, I went back through the system and performed proper diagnostics. The actual problem took less than an hour to identify and repair, and cost approximately $50.

Replacing a major component without confirming the root cause reflects a lack of proper troubleshooting. Professional repair work should be based on accurate testing and verification, not assumptions. In addition, the customer service was dismissive when concerns were raised. When a customer is paying $1,000 for a repair, clear communication and accurate diagnosis should be standard. This experience was extremely disappointing from a professional standpoint. I would strongly advise others to seek a second opinion before authorizing expensive repairs at this shop.
