Would like to show my utmost respect & gratitude for Carl and his team. We were having difficulty with our dryer, I reached out, and they were able to come out the same day! I agreed to diagnostics & Carl had the customer service & decency to be honest when he determined this would be more extensive of a repair and to reach out to GE. Carl was punctual and well articulated in helping us understand why this was. Just for having this level of honesty, I value his diagnostic skill, and will be reaching out if I am ever in the need of appliance repair again.
Very disappointed in the service. Request serive on a water leak in fridge. Never diagnosed the problem, only what I said. Never checked for additional issues. When returned with part, did not install the part correctly and did not hook everything back up. Disconnected parts not related to water leak causing my fridge to stop cooling. Lost all food in my fridge and had to redo the part installation myself. Paid him over $200 in labor alone for no diagnosis and to do the work incorrectly. Now I am out additional money to replace the food I lost AND had to redo his work plus fix additional damage he caused. I would not trust Carl to replace any... Very disappointed in the service.
