Had a great experience with AA. Talked to Terry to set up appointment for my freezer issue. My wife dealt with his co worker but she said he was great. He was kind enough to answer on his personal number later that night. He was somewhat positive his fix worked but not totally. He leaned on the side of caution and did the conservative cheap fix first and hoped it would work and thankfully it did. I definitely appreciated him going that route rather than jumping into buying parts and fixing things that might not need to be fixed.

Our washing machine stopped working in the middle of a load of laundry. Called and talked to Terry at 7:30pm and he was out at my house the next day at noon. I was at work when Terry got there and my wife was the one at home. He recognized the issue and told my wife it’s a simple fix that I could do and save ourselves a couple hundred dollars. Came home from work and washing machine was fixed and running a cycle in an hour. I will be calling him for anything appliance related in the future. Great experience all around.
