11/2018.. Before the in home repair these guys were a class act. So professional over the phone. Well the repair was done and so went the professionalism. Shortly after the repair was done while in the warranty period I called them to report an issue with my TV. The father immediately starts telling me that the TV worked when they left. Before I even got to the part where I told him what was actually wrong he was already defensive. He told me his son, Zach, made sure that the TV worked before he left. I agreed that the picture on the TV was fine however my smart apps we're lagging. He told me to call Samsung and I did. Samsung remotely logged... Samsung remotely logged into my TV and ran multiple Diagnostics. They determined that the part A1 TV replaced was defective. I have called and left multiple messages and they will not call me back. I wasted $400 with these guys and hopefully you won't make the same mistake. Unfortunately in this area they are one of two authorized Samsung repair people. I am going to call Samsung and make one hell of a stink about them. My TV is going to have to be repaired again when I was assured that the part was under warranty. These guys will say anything to get your money but they will not support their work. Buyer beware. See the half circle on the womans face? Its because the tv is frozen and "buffering". I have the TV hardwired to comcast. My internet is 100mbps. I'm considering small claims court. The movies don't play.. the audio doesn't line up with the video. This wasn't the issue with my TV until they changed the Main board. Maybe a judge should decide. I won't let this go so easily. You're going to spend over $400 defending this case in court. Update: they have agreed to replace the part which is still under warranty. Update 1-11-19 So they just came out again. After all the pushback they gave me and me having to write this horrible review they did come back with the warranty part. After telling me that the issue that I was experiencing was likely caused by another part and a bunch of other blow offs, it turns out the part they replaced was faulty and I am now enjoying my TV without flaw. I wish my warranty request was honored without pushback so that I could have given a five star review initially. The part being faulty was not their fault at all. Well I will give them one more star for fixing it finally. Next time guys don't blow your customers off. Especially when you find out that they knew what they were talking about! And for the record the son, Zach, was a Class Act throughout the entire transaction. Whoever they have answering their phone, a female, whose name I didn't get was also always professional.
