A-1's crew was professional and friendly. Questions were answered and procedures were explained. I felt no need to hover as the work progressed. The work areas were left neat and clean. The once notably- sunken walkways and steps around my home are now level once again. Thus far, I am very satisfied with the work performed.
Worst experience I've ever had with any company in the area. Project manager Jim was very unprofessional talking down to me after ruining my driveway. They leaked hydraulic fluid on My driveway from thier truck , left a dozen stains, attempted to clean it powerwashing it and when they couldn't get it out they simply told me they weren't going to argue with me. This is after 100 calls to get them to do something. They wouldn't offer to have a competent company clean it becausethey insistthey are one( no you left property worse off), they wouldn't offer to attempt to clean it again(1st attempt just made white stains around the black Ones and r... Below are pictures, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Also good luck trying to get a call back from this company. Zero stars would be a compliment. I have no clue how these people stay in business.
The crew showed up on time. Very professional, introduced themselves and got started on my driveway. As I have cameras I could see them working. The two men worked so well together. Constantly going around each other taking care of their part of the job. Everything was clean when they finished, and they showed me all they had done. I used A-1 Concrete many years ago at another property so I knew they would do a great job. I highly recommend A-1 Concrete and Leveling. Thank You!!
From the initial consultation with Jim L. who bid the job and provided the estimate, to the crew of 4 who completed the work; I can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of work. The crew leader was polite, respectful and directed what needed to be done. They answered any questions I posed and took great care of my property. They are A-1 as the name.
