Don't look elsewhere...A-1 goes above and beyond to help you. I had an emergency with my washing machine with water leaking everywhere. A-1 went out of their way to get a technician to my home, who arrived in less than an hour!!! The technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and very kind. Problem fixed quickly. Great value.
Scheduling with A-1 was easy and they were clear about charges so there were no surprises. Our technician, Dave Sturgill was pleasant, efficient and diagnosed and wrapped up our repairs effectively and made sure that the repair area was clean and put back together. I would highly recommend.
Only a very qualified and experienced technician could have fixed this so quickly! The cost of a service call was certainly a lot more favorable than learning a complete replacement would be necessary. Second experience with Trevor coming out to remedy an issue with an appliance, and both times it was service above and beyond!!
