Dillion is wonderful! He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and have us back up and running quickly. He works on all brand which isn’t the case with other repair shops. We keep his number on the refrigerator.

My dishwasher door cable snapped and the door didn’t work. We called and Brady came the same day. He said it would take 2 days for the parts to come in. He called 2 days later and came back and fixed it. Great, fast, and friendly service!!! I felt the charge was very reasonable. Highly recommend A-1 Appliance Repair.

This place has horrible communication. Took the day off work because he was supposed to be here to tear apart my washer to see if he had the parts to fix it and he never showed up or called to say the reasoning why he couldn’t make it. Very unprofessional to waste someone’s time when the business schedules the appointment.

I wish all businesses were like this. Dillin answers the phone when you call, or contacts you back within minutes. He works your situation into scheduling quickly and is reasonably priced. Once on site he is extremely well prepared and efficient and his experience reveals itself quickly.
