I had Evan come out yesterday to diagnose a bathroom water leak. He determined the leak was coming from the toilet. He replaced the toilet ring and water connection. Problem solved. He was in and out quick. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He did a great job. Thank you Evan!

Dishonest estimation. Tenant stated smell odor, and called the plumber to check. This plumber told us need replace pump and install other elements, quoted $3,091. The pump is around 4 years old, and other elements were installed already. My husband (he has master degree of engineering) just checked system one day ago before this plumber come to check, didn’t see pump has problem. We hired another licensed plumber to check, he told us everything works well, only need change the lid. The cost is much much much lower than the estimation. I sent a vedio to 615 plumbing shows the pump works well to his phone. Unfortunately I am unable to post vedio here due to only photos can be posted.
