518 Computer Help is a great company. I opened a small law firm and hired another I.T. service provider who made a mess of everything. I called Jesus at 518 Computer help and he fixed all the problems and then made additional improvements. Now everything works correctly and my files are backed up and protected. My office is too busy to have the computers off during business hours so Jesus made himself available on a Saturday. He worked over 12 hours on that Saturday and came back on weeknights until the work was finished. I could not be more happy with Jesus and 518 Computer Help.

Talk about outstanding customer service, 518 Computer Help is second to none. It was the Saturday after the 4th of July, 2025 and I was in a real jam. My now previous "computer guy" was not responding to my email or voice message so I called 518 Computer Help. Jesus picked-up immediately and in less than two hours was in my home working on the issue. Not only did he resolve the problem, he made other improvements while being extremely patient (listened & didn't rush). Now everything is working better than ever.
