Heater wouldn’t turn on last night. They came out this morning and replaced the thermostat. Warm again now, no more freezing! I’d call them if your heater acts up. My furnace was making a weird buzzing sound. They swapped out a bad motor yesterday and it’s quiet now. Happy with how quick they handled it. Recommend if you need heater help! Heater kept shutting off randomly last week. They cleaned the flame sensor and now it runs steady all day. Nice to have heat back without hassle. Would use their service again for sure.
Super impressed with 5 Star Charleston this afternoon. My AC wasn’t cooling right, and they came out and replaced a faulty capacitor. It’s blowing cold air now and feels so much better. Definitely gonna call them again if I need HVAC help!
