Very happy with their service. They were punctual, courteous, professional and communicated very well. They told us they’ll fix the gate in 2 hours and they were done in an hour and half. Once they were finished with the project they put a coat of primer and spray painted the gate to match the existing color. Thank you for the job well done!
We moved into a new home with an entrance gate installed by 4 Sure Gates. We had a ton of questions related to how to use the gate, how it functions and how to operate it from the house. Jason was great, he very calmly and clearly answered all my questions, helped me update the gate code and set my car up to sync with it. Jason was very thorough and provided answers to questions I didn't even ask. Jason was very knowledgeable, kind and quick.

We used the Arlington representative. Getting a quote was very fast. From calling the first time, getting a quote, scheduling installation and the build process was less than two weeks. Install only took a day and a half. Very pleased with the work and customization options available, worked with our existing equipment.
Sent tech out here that my granddaughter knew more about gate opener. They do not stand behind their work. They told me I didn’t have enough electricity. The tech was looking for a lose connection and broke Spade off limit switch and looked around to see if I was watching.
Jason, from 4-Sure-Gates, was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Feel like he went above and beyond to explain how to operate and maintain our automatic gate. Would highly recommend this company, Jason is an exceptional employee!
