The repairman was on time, very pleasant, and did a great job repairing my sliding glass door. I bought this house when it was first built and the door works better now than it ever did before. The cost was reasonable and I’m very pleased with the results.
We had our Sliding door repaired in June of 2025. We don't use that door much so didn't notice it wasn't working right. Now the door will not open without a lot of effort and it makes a terrible noise. The door work better before they fixed it. We called December 8, 2025 and they said they would send someone out to give us an estimate to fix it again. I paid a lot of money to fix it once. I don't think I want to continue to keep paying them to "fix" it again. Very disappointed they don't stand behind their work.
This place does great work. Max got here at 11:05 am and was done at 11:40 am. He replaced our sliding glass door rollers and made some adjustments to the tracks. He was very friendly and professional. This will be our go to for our sliding doors from now on. Thanks Max and 24HR Sliding Door Repair! It was very reasonably priced as well with Zelle being a pay option. Very convenient!
