Technicians Edwin Polanco & Eduardo performed excellent service to repair a persistent bathroom sink clog. They replaced a very old pipe and fully snaked the drain so my sink is draining perfectly now. In addition they tested my toilet for any leaks and confirmed that the toilet does not have any leaks. They came the same day as my call and offered a very fair and reasonable price for their services. I highly recommend these technicians and their company 24/7 Rooter and Plumbing.

Sean came to fix a plumbing issue at our home on a really short notice. We made an appointment online and were helped same day. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly. Luckily nothing major, so repairs took less than 1 hour and prices were pretty reasonable. Sean was very friendly and offered some great advice moving forward. I would recommend 24/7 Rooter& Plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber.

Juan & Julian arrived in about 30 minutes. They worked quickly & efficiently to unclog my toilet. They checked my sink & tub to make sure the clog wasn’t in my main line. They even gave me an estimate if I ever want to change my toilet size. The pricing was fair and I highly recommend 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Thank you so much.

Sean did a great job—got the toilet unclogged in about two minutes. I was somewhat surprised by the $295 bill, but I guess that’s the going rate.

Started off great with an emergency service to happen within the hour. Unfortunately we didn’t see anybody for over 2hrs when I kept calling to see where the tech was. Got no info back. Then when he got here. He did not ask what’s going on but went straight to the landlord and spoke only i spanish. The landlord translated a line and I said loud enough ty for translating since I do t understand. They kept speaking in Spanish and again the tech did not ask me whats going on. When I then told him in detail he said ok ty for that info then turned to the landlord n began in Spanish again. All I. All the tech totally dismissed me. On top of that. They did not fix the issue and the landlord is now blaming the tech for this. My landlord is terrible so I don’t believe he told the tech to check something 3 times. I then called to speak to a supervisor about this review before posting. The girl on the phone was nice but I never got a return call or anybody to even say wow I’m sorry. I do not recommend this company. Start to finish. (Except the woman on the phone) has been a total waste of time and left me wondering what in the hell type of customer. Service that was. I called to have someone call back since we have a warranty. But haven’t heard anything since yesterday at 2. Terrible company

Scam. It is overpriced, It costs $225 for 10 seconds things to light up the water heater. And if a part broke, it need $645 for it. That is a newer tank water heater price.
