My laptop case had broken at the hinge. David was very efficient in sourcing a solution for my gaming laptop communicated updates regularly, and was very friendly and helpful about any other questions or concerns I had. He will definitely be my go to guy for any tech issues I have in the future!
The first time I used Dave's service was on my Dell laptop and he fixed what initially looked like a chaotic issue with the computer's screen. The LCD replacement panel was installed perfectly and at a fair price. When my laptop had an unrelated issue from a faulty battery/port about a year later, I contacted Dave right away and received quick feedback and got my laptop back in perfect shape just in time for finals week. Dave recovered a hard drive from my broken 2013 Mac and migrated all my files onto a new computer. He did everything! bought the computer, saved my files, and successfully transferred them over to the new Mac. He’s also very responsive. This guy is incredible and very well priced. Dave did an amazing job. I knew that I had a battery issue but the damage was more extensive than I’d imagined. Dave was knowledgeably enough to inform me of the new issue with photos while saving my MacBook Pro. I was quoted from several others that they will probably need my computer for several weeks to a month, Dave received and completed my computer within 2 days. This guy is very knowledgeable while answering ALL of my questions with ease and understanding. I hope that I don’t have more computer issues but when that day comes again, Dan’s* my guy.
