I’d had a problem with a the drains in my house. They backed up from time to time and I didn’t know why. I called and talked to Matt. He sent Nick out within a couple of hours. The problem seems to be roots in the old cast iron drain pipes in the house. Nick explained all my options, what each one would cost, made sure the pipes were draining for now and gave me suggestions on how to keep them flowing until I decided what I wanted to do. He didn’t charge for coming out to diagnose and explain what was happening with the plumbing. They treat you like family. Lots of helpful information with no pressure.
