Brian Turay is the best! He even showed me how to change my own tire if I ever need to one day. Had a nail in my tire, they patched it up for free AND I got a flower! Best service ever. Will definitely be back!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at Gerald’s Tire! I brought my car in for a tire patch, and even though they were busy, they had it ready within just a couple of hours. When I came back to pick up my car, I found a rose on the passenger seat — such a thoughtful and unexpected touch! It truly made my day and shows how much they care about their customers. I’m very happy with their service and will definitely come back again if I ever need anything for my car. Highly recommend!
Fantastic place! Connor, Caleb and Helena at the West Ashley store were very helpful and friendly — great customer service! Their smiles and attitude must mean they love what they do! I got four Cooper tires and wheel alignment and car runs smooth! My first experience with Gerald’s but I’ll be back for oil and other services, I’m sure.
