Willow Ridge Glass & Mirror

We had a great experience with Mike with Willow Ridge Glass & Mirror! We needed a sliding glass door replaced and they came out on time and explained the process. They were only coming out for an estimate, but seeing we really needed this door installed because of the severe cold weather, they were able to install it quickly and efficiently. Their price was reasonable for the quality of their work. I would highly recommend Mike and his company without hesitation.

Willow Ridge Glass & Mirror installed two different shower setups in our home, including a swinging matte-black door and a walk-through opening with no door. This was our first time buying shower doors, and after visiting big box stores and reading the reviews, we quickly realized we needed something better. A family member recommended Willow Ridge, and I’m so glad they did. From the moment we walked into the showroom, Karyn was incredibly helpful. The showroom is compact, but it has enough on display to really visualize your options. She took the time to explain hardware finishes, glass types, and coatings (we chose the ShowerGuard option), and helped us feel confident in our decisions. We were especially unsure about whether our walk-through shower was long enough and would keep water in the space, and even though she assured us it would work, we were skeptical. She ended up being completely right — the shower functions perfectly with no water on the bathroom floor. The installers were just as impressive. Our home was newly remodeled, and they treated it with care. They put on shoe covers without being asked — even back when they came out for measurements during the remodel. The installation itself was clean, efficient, and finished within a couple of hours. Everything looks great, and after about two months of use we haven’t had a single issue. Pricing was only slightly higher than the big box stores, but the quality, service, and peace of mind made it absolutely worth it. In fact, we’ve already gone back to them to have a glass topper made for our dining table, which says a lot about the trust and confidence we have in their work. I also want to mention Vince, who is an excellent installer and just a genuinely great guy. He took a moment to ask how our remodel/move was going and chat with us for a bit, which made the whole experience feel personal rather than transactional. Overall, Willow Ridge Glass & Mirror delivers great customer service, solid workmanship, clear communication, and high-quality products. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for shower doors or custom glass work.

Willow Ridge Glass and Mirror is a wonderful company to do business with. I have had small jobs, like putting glass inserts in kitchen cabinet doors, and more complex, like shower glass custom installation. Regardless of the job, the customer service here is amazing from the first encounter at the shop to the service people that come out to the home.

What a great experience replacing the glass in my patio sliding door! Mike, gave me a very fair estimate competing with other area companies. He was out to do the estimate and setup the job at an astounding speed. The installers Collin and Austin were very friendly and did a clean excellent job with zero inconvenience. The last time I used this company was 2005. I looked up an old receipt because of a good past experience. I am glad I did!
