Shaun seemed willing to help diagnose my problem. He virtually tried to clean up my pc, recommended me some parts to upgrade to fix my problem as well. After buying and installing those parts myself I still continued to crash since the problem was not fixed. I reached out to Shaun for some more assistance, and he totally stopped answering me. So now I’m left with a pc that is still crashing and I am out $100+ dollars that I paid for my problem to be fixed. On Shaun’s website it also does state that they would refund your money if the problem couldn’t be fixed. But I would take that with a grain of salt as he totally ghosted me after his initi...Shaun seemed willing to help diagnose my problem.
