SERVPRO of Yakima

Chad Gardner came to my older home with an old oil furnace to clean air vents. Some in the floor and a couple in the wall. I am very pleased with his service. He was thorough and explained his actions. He was patient as my electrical system tripped several times. I am thankful Servpro provides that service, I found only one other and they did not return my call. I will tell my friends and family about my very positive experience. GREAT JOB!!!

So this is way over due and I do apologize to Chad. He was amazing. We suffered water damage and the first tech was like ok you have to move. We have 4 kids and 4 adults, we are not staying in a motel, and eating takeout. Chad worked with us and was able to keep us in our house during the entire process which meant a lot to us. Awesome costumer service. We can't say enough good things about them. When times get tough give servpro a call and see how they can help you.

I can't say enough about the service and professionalism of Servpro of Yakima. They explained every aspect of my situation, the damage that was done, what they needed to do, and the process they were going to go through for mitigation. They contacted me at least 30 minutes before they were coming to my home every time and while they were working, they treated my house as they would their own. The were honest and upfront with was I was facing to fix the damage done to my home. If you need mitigation done in your home, you need to tell your insurance company these are the people to use. Chad, Jeremy Tobias, and Sheila in the office are the best of the best in this homeowner's opinion.

The main water line into our home broke from the coupler unloading hundreds of gallons of water into our first floor. Fortunately, we were home and able to turn off the water (at the street) to prevent any further damage. Our first call was to ServPro Yakima who, without any hesitation, sent a crew (Jeremy & Salona) within 2.5hrs to begin the remediation process. They continually checked on the remediation process (drying out) and had Chad to our home to complete the demolition and removal of compromised flooring (carpet) and walls (2 feet from the floor along the impacted areas). Going through a situation like this (and worse) is hard. ServPro and their team did a fantastic job dispatching help as soon as they could, patiently answered hundreds of our questions, and are always responsive. We couldn't have asked for better service and support. We highly recommend ServPro Yakima; their public recognitions and awards are well-deserved and reflective of their commitment to serving their clients well.

Wow! I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this company! From the moment I called in tears, Sheilah calmly explained that they would do everything they could to take care of us and our flooded house. I had read reviews about “Chad” and he by far exceeded our expectations! From the moment he arrived we knew we were in good hands. Having been burned before by contractors, I was still a bit hesitant but he came through like Superman!! Chad is one of the nicest, most genuine, hardworking people you will ever meet. Mother Nature was not on our side and he went way above and beyond to get the job done, driving through snow storms, trees down, power outages…His communication was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. His knowledge and skill were impeccable, his energy is unmatched and I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He turned our disaster into a home again and we will forever be thankful for his kindness and and amazing skills to not only just get the job done but with integrity, skill and the cleanest drywall cuts we’ve ever seen! You are one of a kind Chad!! We can’t thank you enough!!!
