Prime hardwood floors is awesome. They do EXCELLENT work. Their employees are very skilled and knowledgeable and prompt and trustworthy?

I recently had Prime Hardwood Floors install vinyl flooring throughout my home. I was out of town during the project and they constantly sent me updates and photos of the process of the job. I really enjoyed working with them and they are the best contractors I’ve ever worked with during my renovations. I highly recommend them!

David and his team at Prime Hardwood Floors did a fantastic job bringing my original oak floors back to life. I was told by many other contractors that refinishing the floors was not a possibility but David assured me it was possible and I am super grateful for his expertise. I hardly ever write reviews but for Prime Hardwood Floors I feel I have to! Let me say it simply, I would go back and use them 100/100 times! In a time (at least in my experience) when people don't want to work for their money, customer service no longer exists, and good communication is nearly non-existent, Prime Hardwood Floors (specifically Kobi) highly values all of the aforementioned! From start to finish, they are stellar from the initial return phone call to on the job check ins, and following through to make sure that I'm pleased with the final outcome...wow! Erick and his crew did a phenomenal job on my hallway floor and it was no easy task. After lifting off my carpet some 35 years later, the wood needed sanding, refinishing and COLOR MATCH TINTING to a dining room floor that was done 35 years prior!!! They nailed it! I am so amazed by the outcome that words cannot express it. I will let the pictures speak for themselves.They are neat, clean, and hardworking men who covered everything from the doors, vents, to the dining room table and chairs in a room they weren't in! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SPARE YOURSELF THE GRIEF AND TIME LOOKING ELSEWHERE! These are the folks with whom to work and it was a pleasure from start to finish! They finished a day earlier than projected too! If there was a higher grade than an A+, I would give it! Thanks a million Prime Hardwood Floors!
