The staff really pays attention and does their job with a smile. They have a great business with all the new/modern aspects like loyalty programs, delivery and tech savvy alerts. My clothes look great, will keep coming back!

Convenient, especially now that is 24 hrs. Always quick, great service. Also once they have your number you will get occasional coupons which I appreciate and try and use! I get a heavy expensive furry blanket cleaned by them every year, and always comes back like new!

For anyone that isn’t aware, Pier cleaners picks up and drops off at your house!! Alfino and the others that work there are wonderful. Diligent, hard-working, trustworthy! The quality of the dry cleaning is excellent and I also have them launder comforters and clean area rugs.

I had never used a laundry service before, and after one visit, I'm seriously considering having them do all my laundry going forward! The lady who runs the Mystic location is very nice, knowledgeable, and has quite a sense of humor! I had a large, heavy blanket that was too big and bulky for my washer and dryer at home, so I brought it to Pier and they did a fantastic job. It came back clean, fresh, and was done in half the time they thought it might take. They're located in a very nice building in a good area, and kudos to whomever does all the decorating - their waiting area feels like my living room! I also could not believe the range of services they offer, well beyond just washing and drying clothes. It seems they can launder just about anything to any specification and also do just about any kind of repair, and they'll pick it up and drop it off right at your home. Their services are super easy to use. Once they set you up in their system, you can do anything through your profile or just from using the link in their text messages. I'm so glad I chose them!

I paid over $300 for two sets of drapes to be cleaned, including lint rolling, They were wrinkled and cover with lint and hair when I opened the package. I emailed them immediately, complete with pictures and they have not responded. It's been over a week. The lack of response bothers me enough that I will not return. Although I have used them in the past and have been satisfied, it's time for a change.
