I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Javier Hernandez who showed a level of skill and professionalism I have seldom witnessed in the service industry. I have two Jeep Wranglers that both happened to need windshields replaced. Mr. Hernandez was able to come out on two seperate occasions within an hour of making contact. The first day was in sub zero conditions and the second day he was on the spot and worked quickly. The level of professionalism displayed was refreshing. Javier was great to work with! He was very responsive, answered all my questions, and was thorough with his work by showing me the calibration report, so I knew he properly tested the safety features and installed the windshield. I would highly recommend working with Javier at Optic-Kleer!
