Super friendly upon arrival and had a alternative fix in 5 minutes. I lived the side parking access and ease to exit around back to catch traffic light on a super busy 4 lane road. Great customer service and offers a variety of vacuuming/shampooing products. Personalized service…which is fleeting. Highly recommend

Friendly and very knowledgeable about the products he sells and service. The longevity of the family business also speaks for itself. I was so pleased with the repairs of the first two vacuum that I brought another one immediately to repair.
