The technician arrived in a timely manner. He even called to say he could be here one and one-half hours earlier than our appointment if that was acceptable. The technician was friendly and polite. He cleaned and serviced our heating and cooling system.

We got a complete new heating and cooling system installed from Meyer Air about a year and a half ago. We have had the routine maintenance done several times at this point, and had to have them come out a few times for a couple other issues. They have always been helpful and professional.

Our 35-year-old HVAC system failed, and our home warranty recommended a replacement. Wanting a second opinion, I contacted several HVAC companies, including Meyer. Although they initially scheduled us for a later date, they followed up and were able to help sooner. Great experience.

Mike and his team absolutely saved my bacon. I own a rental property and during some frigid temps and intense snow, the furnace just stopped. It ended up being the heat exchange and the furnace needed to be replaced. They handled it professionally and quickly.
