How can you explain this? I just looked at my bill and was going through the breakdown. I noticed $300 dollars was add on top of it. Call customer service and the lady was like I’ve been charged for extra security deposit for been disconnected. I will was due the 5th of Dec they disconnected my service 1st of December. I paid 2nd, now they’re explaining another different story. What I have is different from what they’re telling me.

This company is the worst electric company ever. My power was turned off due to false information from the electric company. The company told me that my house already has an approved permit which was a lie which resulted in Entergy coming to my home and Turing off the power with no warning email/message or a phone call. Once I called the company to explain the situation we were told that the power will be on the very next day first thing in the morning but that was a lie. We have small children and no family in our area to stay with. I am very upset. I have never had an electric company this bad at all.

This is not the first time they have "put off" electricity emergencies in my area with no explanation or any reason for them taking so long, one of my children requires medical equipment to stay alive at night which requires electricity to run. I'll be sending them the hospital bill.

I moved into a new apartment and had electric for 2 weeks and then it got shut off. No warning and no communication from Entergy. When I called to find out why the electric was shut off I was told by Pamela who is a supervisor that my account was going through the verification process and that department was closed. Nothing she could do to help me and there is not a phone number for that department. I had my email verification that my account was created and approved by Entergy but nothing she could do. This is completely unacceptable on so many levels. So we will continue to have no electric until I can wait to the proper department to decide to CALL ME because there is no way for me to contact them. I have to file a complaint and wait for a call. Horrific and inhuman behavior by Entergy!!
