I highly recommend this company. A year ago, we decided to replace our three backyard decks, which are located on a steep slope. We contracted with a company out of Milwaukee. After several months, we ended up with drawings of the design and a permit, but then the Milwaukee contractor gave us our money back and said the project was too complicated for them to be able to complete. So, we met on-site with three different companies to review our project. Madison Deck Builders were somewhat more expensive than the other two quotes, but they were the most professional and had the best ideas on how to build out our project. They listened to our requests and found ways to improve upon the original design. Thank goodness the Milwaukee company withdrew from the project, because the end result from Madison Deck Builders is significantly better. From the initial contact through project completion, Madison Deck Builders communicated a reasonable time schedule and delivered a finished product within the timeframe established. They would have built the decks exactly as we asked, but along the way they made suggestions on how to improve the design and building materials to end up with an even better product. Our new decks are beautiful, modern and better than we imagined possible. Are there lower cost companies that will build your deck? Sure. But, we are really glad we hired Madison Deck Builders.

We had a great experience with Larry and his team in replacing our old wooden deck with a new, composite one. Larry was very transparent about costs and kept in good communication with us throughout the whole process. We had a huge tree they needed to work around with roots, etc. and they made it happen! Great start to spring! Called Madison Deck Builders to get a free quote. What a great experience all the way through the process. We worked with Larry at the company who walked us through all of our choices and delivering a great design that fits nicely into our budget. Then the decking material showed up just a few days later and the installers promptly worked on getting it done. They installed the deck efficiently, courteously, and cleaned up like they have never been there... Except of course for leaving behind a great looking deck! Thank you Madison Deck Builders!
