Had my 12 foot aluminum driveway gate replaced with a fabricated iron replacement gate as well as a 600 pound magnetic lock (helps with wind issues). Jonathan in sales was terrific and the install technicians were very detail oriented. The whole process was seamless and the price was great. They are by far the best gate company I have used over the past 15 years. Everything from their communication and responsiveness to the quality of the work done by the technicians was great. They always arrived on time, worked very efficiently and finished right on schedule. They built and installed the exact finished product I was looking for. Jonathan and the team did a wonderful job. They were courteous and cleaned up everything before they left. They even painted the new metal support to match the gate. Jonathan worked with us to have our gate operator installed within 36 hours. We had received a quote which was double for the same product. Very easy to work with. My job needed to be changed from the original estimate due to construction modifications. Jonathan met with me during this 2nd time and gave me recommendations on how to place the new style. Additionally, when I asked about removing part of an old wooden fence that was not secure for my dogs to be enclosed, he provided me with a separate estimate. This allowed me to see exactly what my cost would be and determine when I wanted the work to be completed. Lastly, due to the swells placed in the yard, this made for another security risk, but onsite the crew came up with a solution and it looks perfect!! I look forward to phase two!!!!!
