House put back together; fell apart in two months So did my Life!! Flooring done wrong peaks and valleys: separating: cabinets fell apart: heating system WELL 1st time turning on; destroyed the basement ; a foot of water; firemen here at 2-3a.m. : bless them called HVAC installers: didn’t fix it and wanted over four hundred dollars before leaving: refusing, he said he could not leave without payment so had to write a check to so he could leave my house !! Closets, windows: doors, YIKES !! Lost security system because of temporary French doors with huge gap and improperly installed! Do I need to go on? ALL of the smoke detectors going off all at once: had been recalled: faithful firefighters came to my rescue once again: Bless them You are not human beings Kapura Things are continuing to fall apart 🥹😱😓😥👎🏽🤷🏽‍♀️Yet another cabinet is coming down10/3/22 Mice kept me up two nights ago 10/27/22 Driving me crazy 🥹😶😥 Bill thought he could take more from me than they already had.. well GOD-Ms Baptise-Perez said “NO!! Trying to put my life back together after this exhausting experience 06/14/23 BILL are you dead? ☠️ I hope so I have never wanted anyone to suffer this way in a very long time: and ask Gods forgiveness I certainly don’t want to go to hell because of you but I do wish you dead and the others that had anything to do with this demise suffered during this period god have mercy You killed me🤢🤕🥴😪 6 long years of suffering 8/19/24 8/22/24 Finally got up the nerve to have someone look at garbage disposal and dishwasher: dishwasher was backing up because Kapura has yet cut other corners as well I find something new every year I am still here 😵‍💫 God Today September 2024 and 💃🏽

I had a flooding incident in my basement in December 2023, the first major claim on my homeowners insurance. I was upset and overwhelmed, and thank goodness Kapura was the contractor recommended by my insurance company. Chris Judd led me through the claims process and made sure that I got what I wanted out of the rebuild. Jesse Mockler managed the reconstruction—he and his teams were on time, respectful of my home, and left my basement in a better condition than it was before the flood. I would recommend Kapura to anyone who is looking for a construction contractor—you won’t be sorry.

We worked with Chris J (Estimator) and Jesse M (Project Manager) to recover from the aftermath of our house fire. Chris and Jesse were great at taking us through the process so that we knew what to expect. They did everything to simplify and expedite the recovery /reconstruction. In addition, the team folks doing the work were very helpful and professional. Thanks to Bill and crew (expert painting), Roman (many talents), and so many others. Great experience. House fully rebuilt after fire. The project manager Scott Norton was there though every step and was extremely responsive as well as accommodating. I was very picky but they did everything I asked and more. They went out of their way on multiple occasions. The Owner Bill also met with me personally to make sure I was satisfied. There was a lot of red tape with permits and inspections which caused some delay but Kapura worked through it and kept me informed. I also want to thank all of their employees that worked on my house for the incredible workmanship and the office employees that made sure the paperwork was all in order. Would use them again.
