Prompt, next day service. The tech troubleshot the issue with the sensor eyes and quickly re-wired them. Then she gave the door opener an overall inspection and lubricated it. She was wonderful. Very reasonable pricing. Would recommend 10/10!

The cable came off the left drum. Called Harold Carpenter and the tech came out early the next morning. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He had it fixed in 5 min. The garage door works great so far. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks!

They were very prompt and helpful with any of the questions I had regarding my new garage door install. Called me back several times with any questions I had. Had to raise my header and they were a big help with showing me what had to be done to save money. Its hard to find competent help these days and these guys know what they are doing!

Theses guys are the best , the dispatcher was very prompt with everything, he got someone to my house in a timely matter. They repaired my old door and got it working again , we decided to go with a newer more Efficient door after talking to them , the staff was very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I called them to have both of my torsion springs replaced after one broke. I’ve heard them advertising and also saw the good reviews. I was very pleased with their work. They gave me a quote over the phone, and the final bill was exactly that even though I had to order the springs in for my make of door. I have an older door and opener and I appreciated not being up-sold or pushed towards repairs I didn’t want or need, to me this is the sign of a good technician. Kyle did an excellent job and was very prompt. I would highly recommend.
