Godfrey & Black - Rogers

Godfrey and Black did a fantastic job installing the fireplace for our custom home build in Rogers Arkansas. Jeff provided a great product consultation and helped us narrow down a model that fit our needs. They were very accommodating with our build schedule and were able to complete the full install in one day. The install techs were knowledgeable and even stayed late to complete some of the finish details. Steve, their manager, followed up again the next day with a site visit to confirm the install was good. Overall, great experience, quality install, would highly recommend.

Great customer service from start to finish. At the store Tracey patiently helped us go through all of our options for a new gas log insert so that we got the perfect one. Then, Triston did an awesome job with the install - he was very detailed, personable and professional and made sure everything was to our satisfaction before he left.

Triston was outstanding—professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain each step before getting started and demonstrated impressive knowledge throughout the process. He was patient, attentive, and eager to address every question and concern I had. I would recommend this company without hesitation. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would.
