We moved from NE South Dakota to SW South Dakota. We reached out to Fudd's to have our grandfather clock prepped for the move. Fudd's was on-time and prepared the clocks forr the move in our home. I have always wanted a grandfather clock. For my 75th birthday, I bought two clocks from Fudd, a grandfather clock and a grandmother clock. On Tuesday, he delivered them and set them up for us. We live in a historic family home and the floors are uneven. He balanced the clock in the dining room and it works perfectly, despite the wavy floor. He and my husband, carried the grandmother clock up a staircase with narrow steps and he set that one up, too. It runs perfectly. He left us with verbal and written instructions on how to keep the clocks running smoothly. What a fine young man to deal with!!!! He was so polite and courteous and his sons were very well mannered. I was so happy with the service we received that I sent two very old family clocks with him for repairs. I look forward to getting them back. If you have clocks that need repair, go directly to Fudd! For the Seth Thomas 'Steeple' clock that was missing one of its 'Steeples' for more than fifty years, he 'turned' a new small 'steeple' that finished the looks of the clock.
