Installed my unit two years ago every thing went great. Now two years later my heat goes out on Sunday 7 Dec it is now Thursday 11 Dec and still no heat. I called and called today and no one has come. I am a disabled veteran with COPD. I been burning gas to stay warm and the smell doesn't help me. The guy that came out 3 days tried his best but couldn't not fix it. The power supposed to come out today it is now noon and still has not gotten here or called. The second tech did a great job.

Here is the part that was deflected. It is called the contactor I believe. Value less than $100. It was burnt out. Another contractor that I will not name came out and troubleshooted fround and fixed the problem. While Abner was trying to turn a simple fix into a new system for thousands of dollars. Where is the integrity in that? Is this how Freedom Air does business to seniors on a fixed income ? Just People Period !!!

Mr. Sudan arrived with a smile, along with his assistant, on time, for my scheduled maintenance. He arrived with a smile and, noted, that the aroma coming from my kitchen was delightful. He performed his necessary task, and upon completion, sat to explain his findings and recommendation. He, was, pleasant, very knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you, Mr. Sudan, for a pleasant visit!
