I gave Eric and Son, a five star Google review because , From the initial phone call to get our fireplace serviced by their technician Matt. He came out and did a Fantastic job. He was very informative, but he was also very professional and friendly . Are fireplaces has never worked better or been more clean than ever before, granted it was only four years old, but WOW it was definitely something we needed to get serviced every year and we can definitely tell the difference. I would tell you this don’t waste your time calling anybody else just call them direct. You will be completely happy and satisfied with their services that they provide..

My wife and I could not be more pleased with our decision to install “Sun Tunnels” in our Granville home. The abundance of light is amazing and actually makes our entire living space feel larger. The huge added bonus are the Eric and Son’s staff in helping us decide what Sun Tunnels would best serve our needs and the expert installation of our purchase. Payton, Fry and Nicholas were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We felt confident and secure in our decision to go with Eric and Sons because of the price and these three members of the company.

Gas fireplace. The pilot worked but it would not fire up. Jesse came out, diagnosed the problem and replaced some 10 year old failing parts. Then he removed the logs. Throughly cleaned the box. Replace some sealant. Then reinstalled the logs, lava rock and placed new embers. The fireplace now works beautifully. We’re very pleased. Jesse is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

As we approached closing on our new home in Jasper, we created a list of must have improvements, and on that list was a solar tube for the dark garage entry hallway. Where to purchase and who to install was a no brainer, Eric & Sons. We had previous experiences with our Yavapai Hills and Lonesome Valley homes, and we were not disappointed with our recent experience. Our installers were excellent. They exemplified my moto of “treat it like you own it”. We couldn’t be happier. The 10” solar tube provides the much needed light to the area from dawn to dusk. Thank you Eric & Sons, another job well done.

Eric and sons replaced our gas fireplace, stone, mantle, and hearth. It turned out much better than we ever expected. His team was very professional, detailed oriented and kept the job site extremely clean. We highly recommend them because it’s hard to find quality craftsmanship any more.
