DMV Auto Glass Mobile Services was awesome . They replaced my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SE windshield with no problems at all . Very professional , great customer service , convenient and fast . Highly recommend!

My windshield had a small crack that expanded after extreme cold. We called to make an appointment on Saturday for Monday. Fast, courteous, quality service! Came to my home and had service completed in less than hour. Also, informed us that the previous job had run longer than expected and advised of the new ETA. Highly recommend.

Due to the snow storm, my windshield cracked unfortunately. Luckily, DMV Auto Glass was able to assist and replace the windshield easily. They walked me through the step by step process and were extremely flexible with their scheduling. I highly recommend their services to anyone that needs a windshield replacement.

Do NOT use DMV Auto Glass I had my windshield replaced by DMV Auto Glass and my car immediately stopped working while still in their lot. The technician who came out clearly did not know what he was doing and had to immediately call his supervisor, Gary, to come on site. Gary came and my vehicle still would not start. They jumped my car and drove it less than half a mile before it broke down again. I was then advised by Gary that my battery likely died because they left my car doors open during the installation. I paid out of pocket to replace the battery — and my car was still completely inoperable. From there, I continued dealing with Gary and his company and received absolutely no real help. I asked for proper assistance, towing to a dealership, or a qualified mechanic. Instead, he sent me a random mechanic’s number. The mechanic came on site, could not diagnose the issue, and still charged me — not DMV Auto Glass. Fast forward: My car has now been down for over a week and is currently at a dealership. The dealership confirmed the issue is water damage that occurred during the windshield installation, which caused blown fuses and damage to the vehicle’s EMC/control module. I am now facing over $4,500 in repairs due to damage caused during this company’s installation. I have contacted Gary multiple times and he continues to deny responsibility and has refused to file an insurance claim to address the damage. I keep receiving the same dismissive responses that they “had nothing to do with it,” despite the dealership confirming the cause. This company caused serious damage to my vehicle and then completely walked away from the situation. Save yourself the stress, time, and thousands of dollars. Do not use DMV Auto Glass. I’ll update and attach pictures if i don’t get a resolution..

A rock cracked my windshield a while back, causing a large crack to go across the driver side. Over the months, it eventually grew to the midway section of the driver side. This company was AMAZING! Very fast, efficient and professional! The owner, Gary, was very knowledgeable about this service and was so kind to answer all the questions that I had. He traveled to meet me at the comfort of my home to replace my windshield (which took less than an hour) to complete. I HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone in the DMV area with any glass repairs or replacements! Bonus: He even helped me to change my license tags too :)
