The electrician, Brandon, came out to our place to install a 240v EV charging outlet in our garage. Prior to the visit, he contacted me and made sure that the timing was going to work out and that he would be contacting me the day of the work. He came out and performed the job on a Friday afternoon. That weekend, we engaged the level two EV charger for some overnight charging. Sometime during the night, the breaker popped and we could not get it to reset. The next morning, which was Sunday, I sent him a text, informing him of the issue and pretty much assuming that it would be a Monday fix. Brandon almost immediately responded and was at our house within the hour working on the issue. 90 minutes later, the problem was resolved. I’m not sure that you can get much better customer service than that. I would highly recommend Copper & Cable for your electrical needs.

This is the kind of professional and practical minded service you want to find. I experienced a technician who wants to help do what is needed and most practical (ie willing and able to repair) vs simply give a quote for new system because it is easier and more lucrative. This is 'old school' type of service mind I appreciate. This company strikes me as very honest and ethical.
